A Bright Store is a digitally enabled kirana or retail outlet that serves both walk-in and online customers using StoreKing's Retail OS. It combines physical retail with digital convenience. The name comes as the opposite of "Dark Stores"—which are hidden, online-only warehouses—whereas Bright Stores are visible, customer-facing, and built for both offline and online retail growth.

Role Summary
The Inside Sales Executive / Sr Executive at StoreKing is responsible for driving retailer acquisition by converting leads into active Bright Store partners. The role focuses on outbound and inbound sales efforts, including lead generation, product pitching, demos, and closures. The executive plays a critical role in introducing retailers to StoreKing's Retail OS (ROS) and ensuring smooth onboarding and initial activation. This role is highly target-driven and requires strong communication, persuasion, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.

- Drive end-to-end sales: lead generation → demo → closure
- Pitch and sell StoreKing's Bright Store (ROS platform) to retailers and SMEs
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and sales data
- Support retailer onboarding and initial activation
- Handle basic objections and ensure smooth deal closure
- Drive retailer activation, repeat usage, and retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to improve adoption and experience
What We're Looking For
- 6 months–3+ years in Inside Sales / SaaS / B2B / Retail Tech
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets
- Strong expertise in closing deals and pipeline management
- Exposure to selling POS / ERP / SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with FMCG / distributor networks / retail ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and targets
